1. Refunds

 

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed.

 

2. White Products

 

Final Sale: White products are final sale and are not eligible for exchange after purchase.

 

3. Replacement Eligibility

 

Replacement requests are reviewed under the following strict conditions:

The product must be unused and in the exact same condition as received.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included with the return.

The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

 

4. Time Frame and Limits

 

The replacement request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Only one replacement request is permitted per order.

 

5. Required Documentation

 

To initiate any claim, you must provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Photographs of the product in its current condition and the packaging.

 

6. Claims for Defective/Wrong Items

 

For claims concerning a wrong item, missing part, or defective product, customers must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package being opened and the full unboxing process to verify the claim.

 

7. Replacement Process and Shipping Costs

 

Initiation: Contact us via WhatsApp or Call to start the replacement process and receive the return address.

Inspection: Once we receive the product, it will be inspected, and we will notify you whether your replacement request has been approved or rejected.

Customer Shipping Costs: All courier charges for an exchange are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Company Shipping Costs: If the replacement is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, confirmed defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
