Terms and Conditions

All sales are final once the product has been dispatched, and goods, once sold, will not be taken back; we offer no warranty on any items. We permit size exchanges only once within 3 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, scratch-less, dry, clean, and in its original condition with the tag still attached; items cannot be exchanged if the tag is removed or the product has been used. Customized items are never eligible for return or exchange. To complete an approved size exchange, the customer must send the product back for a quality check, and the customer is responsible for all associated courier charges. Please note that we may cancel an order if the requested size is unavailable. Finally, if we are unable to contact the customer for up to 3 days following an order (due to incorrect contact details), the order will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
